What to do with all this STUFF?
Clutter is one of the biggest challenges to overcome when considering any move but especially when a senior is considering downsizing or resizing their home to a more manageable size. What in the world do you do with all the paperwork which may have social security numbers or other important information? And what about all the dishes and silver you have collected over the years, or clothes from a spouse or partner that has passed away and then there is all the furniture that your adult kids don't want. And you may have some collectable or antique pieces that may be worth good money. Unfortunately there is not one simple answer to deal with these situations. Here are some information and direct links that you can use to check into. Remember things change, companies go out of business, raise their prices or simply decide not to accept certain items so please call ahead and check first and ask questions.

Think outside the box for instance if you have unused art supplies, children's books in new shape, printer paper, colored pens/pencil/markers, nearly new area rugs, new or gently used microwave or other items. Consider your asking your neighborhood schools, preschools or Boys & Girl's Clubs. Money is tight for them and teachers are always looking for help finding items.
